The first progress report meeting for the training and development project on innovative methods for duck neck pastry production is convened with the aim of enhancing vocational skills within the community

the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, held the first progress report meeting for the training and development project on innovative methods for duck neck pastry production. The objective of the project is to promote vocational skills within the community. The meeting was presided over by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Tanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, who welcomed the network community group. The event was honored by Mr. Prakob Janstasuwan, Mayor of Tambon Kuhatai Municipality, who served as the opening session chairman at the Anekprasong Hall, Wat Janglorn, Tambon Kuhatai, Rattaphum District, Songkhla Province.

The mentioned project received financial support from the Education Equality Fund (EEF) under the Community-Based Learning Opportunities Promotion Project for the year 2023. The project aims to conduct training and development activities on innovative methods for duck neck pastry production, with the goal of enhancing vocational skills within the community. The objectives include promoting, supporting, and developing vocational skills for economically disadvantaged individuals and those with limited opportunities. The project aims to empower individuals to be self-reliant and to elevate the production methods and quality of duck neck pastries in the community.

The meeting served as an introduction to Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya and the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology. It also highlighted the Education Equality Fund (EEF) and presented the first progress report of the training and development project on innovative methods for duck neck pastry production, aiming to enhance vocational skills within the community. Asst. Prof. Kritsada Kongpoonthe project leader, and the project team presented the analysis of the learner groups and the design of the learning process. The participants were given the opportunity to exchange knowledge and learn from each other within the network community group.
