The club of students from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized the IED Smart Leadership 2023 project. The event was chaired by Asst. Prof. Piya Prasongchan, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology. The main objective was to prepare students with the knowledge necessary for organizing activities and to stimulate student leaders to understand the processes involved in organizing activities. The event was designed to help student leaders solve problems independently, and when they encounter large problems that they cannot solve on their own, they should seek advice from experienced advisors. The event also aimed to encourage student leaders to communicate with each other during activities, promote self-improvement, and foster development to strengthen the link between activities and teaching in the course. The activities also aimed to promote teacher qualities and citizen building through creative activities, volunteerism, and community service, as well as activities that promote love for the nation, religion, and the King, and activities that align with the philosophy of the sufficiency economy or the teachings of the monarchy. The event featured a special lecture on "The Role of Digital Age Student Leaders in Accordance with Moral and Ethical Principles" and "Techniques for Initiating and Solving Problems" lectures.
