The training and development program aims to enhance skills within the community through innovative methods in the production of duck pastries

On November 25, 2023,

the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized a training and development program for innovative methods in the production of duck pastries to promote vocational skills within the community. The project was led by Asst. Prof. Kritsada Kongpoon, the project head, along with the project team, at the Multi-purpose building, Chang Lon Temple, Tambon Kuhatai, Rattaphum District, Songkhla Province

This project received financial support from the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) under the Community-Based Learning Opportunities Promotion Project for the year 2566. The objective was to conduct training and development in innovative methods for duck pastry production to enhance vocational skills within the community. The project aimed to promote, support, and develop vocational skills among economically disadvantaged and marginalized individuals, enabling them to acquire knowledge and abilities for sustainable livelihoods. Additionally, the project aimed to develop innovative production methods and elevate the recognition of the community's duck pastry products.
