The Dean of the Faculty of Education, together with the faculty management, professors, and staff, convened to discuss strategies for improving the undergraduate curriculum and introducing graduate programs in education

Asst. Prof. Piya Prosongchan, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, along with Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thannapatsiri,
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Busarakum Thongphetch, and Miss. Charifah Hadyi, met with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amonwan Veerathammo, Secretary-General of the Teachers' Council of Thailand, and Miss Oranuch Ngouentaisong, Director of the Degree Accreditation and Certification Group, to discuss two important topics:
1.The guidelines for improving the undergraduate curriculum (teacher professional education) in vocational education that is accredited by the Teachers' Council of Thailand. Students can take professional competency tests and assessments to obtain a teaching license in various formats, such as a dual degree program, an associate degree/bachelor's degree program, a joint program with a company, a continuing education program, or a credit transfer program.
2.The opening of a graduate program in vocational education (teacher professional education) in vocational education that is accredited by the Teachers' Council of Thailand for individuals who have completed a bachelor's degree in any field. These individuals can take professional competency tests and assessments to obtain a teaching license upon completion of the program at the Teachers' Council of Thailand's office.
The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology has a policy to develop teaching and learning programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels in teacher professional education to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent teachers in vocational education.
