On June 1-2, 2023
the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized a practical training program titled "Enhancing Sales with LINE MyShop" as part of the project to develop entrepreneurs in the southern border area towards becoming innovative business operators in line with the BCG economic development framework. The objective was to sustainably increase the economic value at the grassroots level, supporting the development and expansion of prototype cities.
The training took place at the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, with Mr. Tipakorn Narutmasnarinee, Mr. Patcharee Tippracha, Mr. Danairat Kanopas, and Miss. Sarita Cheanchom as guest speakers, accompanied by their respective teams. Participants included members of the general public who had entrepreneurial aspirations in online commerce through the LINE platform, as well as voluntary alumni groups in the Thepha, Chana, and Saba Yoi districts who expressed interest in attending the practical training. The program aimed to further develop their businesses by applying the knowledge gained, including marketing strategy formulation and expanding marketing channels through online platforms.
The training sessions, conducted by marketing experts, covered topics such as market strategy analysis, preparation for digital store opening, utilizing tools for presenting product and service information through the LINE platform, and the use of LINE Official Account (OA) and LINE MyShop. The program also provided opportunities for participants to engage in discussions and exchange learning experiences, with the goal of applying the acquired knowledge to further enhance their businesses and create additional revenue streams.
