Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Initiating a project aimed at enhancing the instructional management capabilities of educators To create innovative learning methods at the Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa, this project aims to reduce educational disparities by supporting educational institutions to play the role of "mentors" and work closely with teachers, schools, and communities. This project brings knowledge, expertise, technology and innovation to help solve problems and improve the quality of education in schools and communities It is intended to create a strengthened and organized relationship between the institutions of higher education and the schools and communities surrounding them, focusing on problem-solving and adjusting the methods of teaching to align with the necessities and characteristics of the students, taking into consideration the context of the educational environment and creating a mentoring system to enhance the quality of education and community. Incorporating technology into the learning process, understanding the social, cultural, and economic dimensions of the local community, and fostering love and commitment towards the educational institutions and community is crucial. This will help develop the competence of educators and bring about positive change in the learning environment
